Your watch history is yours. It never leaves your device.

tvTrackr is a local-only browser extension. There is no account, no backend server, and no analytics — so there is nothing for us to collect.

What we collect

Nothing. Your watch history, watchlist, ratings, and diary are stored only on your own device using the browser's chrome.storage API. This data never leaves your machine, and we have no way to see it.

Network requests

The only network calls tvTrackr makes are to api.themoviedb.org (The Movie Database), to fetch movie and TV metadata, episode lists, and poster images for display. Those requests contain only the title or ID you are looking up — never personal information about you.

Retention & deletion

Because all data lives locally, you are in full control. You can export it at any time, and removing the extension — or clearing its storage — permanently deletes it.
